About Winnie's Collectables

Winnie's Collectables is a family-run trading card shop based in San Jose, California. We’re a small, two-person operation — and yes, we’re named after Winnie, the Cavapoo on our logo.

We sell Pokémon TCG singles, sealed product and decks, with more trading card lines on the way. Every single card is inspected and graded by hand before it’s listed, and we grade conservatively — if a card sits between two grades, we list the lower one. The photo is the copy you’ll receive.

Because we’re small, you reach a real person. Questions about a card, a grade or an order come straight to us, and we answer — usually within one business day. If something ever arrives not as described, that’s on us to put right; see our returns & guarantee page for the details.

We operate as Goodway LLC, a California business, and we’re a permitted California seller — we collect and remit California sales tax, ship from our San Jose location, and stand behind everything we send.
